let's talk about kale

You guys..... kale is really good.

I know, sometimes when people talk about kale these things pass through your head:
-fad food
-gross
-hipsters
-main ingredient for the worst juices

But guess what, kale is delicious and crazy good for you. Oh you already knew that? OK well pat yourself on the back. It took me years to finally give kale a really good try. I go to a naturopath every week and we talk about lots of thing including nutrition, and my ND has really stressed to me how important dark leafy greens are.

Another HUGE tip that has completely changed the way I eat is that during dinner AND lunch your plate should be one half fresh veggies. That's a LOT of veggies you guys. Why not eat a super delicious one? My favorite is cooking kale in a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Make sure the kale is very fresh or else it will start tasting gnarly very fast.

Also, making a kale salad is a great lunch! The fiber makes it very filling so you reduce your risk of feeling aggro an hour after lunch.
